What is Pay-Per-Lead model

In the Pay-Per-Lead Model, we charge only for qualified positive responses that meet the criteria of your ICP.

What is a Positive response

Any response where the lead expresses interest in learning more about your product or service or is ready to book a call.

When can I expect the Results?

There is a warm-up period of two weeks, and we typically start the campaigns in the third week. While you may begin seeing results within seven days of the campaign launch, we generally recommend a three-month agreement to test different sectors and demonstrate our effectiveness. However, you can cancel at any time!

What channels do you work with?

We conduct outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and calling. Additionally, we offer SEO, blog posting, and LinkedIn posting as other channels to attract new prospects. The channels we recommend will vary based on your company. Our experience shows that clients who use multiple channels often achieve the best long-term results.

How does billing work?

We operate on a pre-pay basis and require upfront monthly payments.

What types of companies do you work with?

We can collaborate with any company, spanning all industries. Historically, 60% of our clients have been software-focused, while 40% have been service-oriented.

Where do you get leads from?

We invest in various tools to assist with sourcing contact data and have a team of internal data researchers who validate this data according to your Ideal Customer Profile. We determine the tools and processes to use based on the specific campaigns we’ll be running together.

How long does it take to get started?

It generally takes around 14 days to launch after our onboarding call. The sooner we finalize everything, the sooner we can kick off your campaigns.

How do you deal with Email Deliverability?

Our dedicated Email Deliverability team handles this process. They assist with setting up domains and email addresses, configuring email records, and warming up the domains before launch. After launch, they monitor everything weekly and keep us informed if any adjustments are needed.

What is the commitment?

We work off recurring 3-month subscriptions.

Do you provide reports?

Yes, we provide a shared weekly stats report every week. Additionally, you’ll have real-time access to the metrics for both email and LinkedIn campaigns

How often do you have check-in calls with clients?

We have check-in calls every other week, but we’re also available for discussions as needed.

How do you communicate with clients?

We also set up Slack channels for daily communication between your team and the Leadlify Leads team. If you don’t use Slack, we can use email or Microsoft Teams, but Slack is preferred as it tends to facilitate the best communication.

How many campaigns can we run at a time?

We recommend starting with 1-2 campaigns and then adding more once the initial ones have been launched.
